Joanna is our managing director and her mission is to reimagine the business of dentistry. She’s committed to creating an exceptional dental practice and draws on her non-dental background to shake up the industry.

Joanna’s passionate about personal growth and adopts continuous improvement to empower Carew Dental to deliver next generation dentistry. She’s unashamedly experimental and encourages the whole team to get involved in pushing boundaries to deliver dentistry in novel ways.

Away from Carew Dental, Joanna is a true ‘country gal’ and lives with her 3 dogs Maggie, Bridget and Felix. Joanna’s spare time is spent kicking back, often walking the dogs, with her nose in a book, or chilling with a glass of fizz!
